Ways to Help the Needy

• As years past, our church will continue to participate in two meaningful events that provide some type of relief to the needy. We encourage you to participate in them. One of two is the “Canned Food Drive” which will be donated to CityTeam Ministries in San Jose during the time of Thanksgiving. Please bring any nonperishable food items to the church before November 23, and we will deliver them so that CityTeam Ministries will have enough food to give away.
• The other program is to support Operation Christmas Child sponsored by Samaritan’s Purse. Fill up shoeboxes with useable items (preferably non-edible), and enclose a check for $7.00?? (please check this amount) payable to Samaritan’s Purse, and we will deliver them on November 20, so that the organization may ship them to the needy children in Third-world countries in time for Christmas.

*教會繼續在今年支持兩項幫助有需要的人之事工，同時鼓勵兄姊熱心參與。其一是為聖荷西城市隊工的「罐頭收集」行動，十一月廿三日截止；另一是支持Samaritan’s Purse所辦的「聖誕兒童行動」，請準備一些兒童日常用品，裝放在鞋盒內，附上一張抬頭Samaritan’s Purse的七元支票即可。教會將於十一月二十日付送該機構以能及時將你的愛心送到第三國家有需要的兒童手上。

*恭賀李憲貴夫婦榮升父母，早產三星期的李諾曦重6磅1安士，身長19吋。母子現正在家休息。

蕭恩松弟兄按牧典禮訂於十一月廿六日（主日）下午3:30舉行，歡迎兄姊參加一同慶祝。參加會後聚餐的兄姊請預先報名。我們祈求蕭弟兄在領受這新的職份後在香港的崗位上繼續忠心的服侍神。
