Welcome Abroad
I would like to welcome all the new church officers for the year 2005. May you find fulfillment in serving the Lord by serving the church He died for and loves by grounding yourselves in His love. May the Lord grant you strength so that you may be able to accomplish a good balance of family, career and ministry. May you keep the spirit of unity by learning to be submissive to the leadership of the church leaders. There is going to be an Officers’ Retreat on October 30 (Saturday). Details to follow.

Invitation
Since we will have a Baptismal Service in December, we’ll have a New Membership class in the afternoon of October 24 (Sunday). If you’re interested in joining our church as members, please contact Pastor Larry or Minister Pinnie for details. If you have received Jesus as your Personal Savior, but have yet baptized into His Body, I recommend you to do it as a witness of your commitment to His Saving Grace. If you’ve been baptized and been coming to our church regularly, I encourage to join us as members, to be part of God’s family and to build His Kingdom until He returns.

Prayer Support
Please pray for the searching of the English Pastor. The Board of Deacons will discuss a couple of candidates.

The building plan has been submitted to the City of San Jose for its final site approval for the Public Hearing. Please pray that God will guide our building project through.

The Board of Deacons will be having a retreat on October 5 – 6. They will be busy praying, sharing, and discussing the direction as well as the plan for next year.
